Includes stainless-steel casing and screen installation at depths of 250 to 530 feet. excavating an approximate six foot, by six foot, by six foot area in the proposed well location; excavating two test pits within the proposed piping trench leading from the new well to the existing well house; excavating seven test pits within the proposed discharge-to-waste trench alignments leading from the well house to Steamboat Creek; collecting representative soil samples from each test pit and the well excavation; analytical testing of soil samples for mercury, lead, and arsenic; and, preparing this report of findings.
