Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Hoquiam, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,496-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Construction of a new, 5,496 SF pre-engineered metal building to house a bus detailing facility with storage, and site improvements to accommodate bus staging and staff parking areas. Direct all questions in writing to Monika Kuhnau AIA at the office of the Architect, email monika@harborarchitects.com. Submit questions no later than Thursday October 1, 12:00 pm. Clarifications will be included in Addenda. Questions will not be received after 12:00PM on this date, no exceptions. A bid security, in the form of a certified check, bank cashiers check or bid bond is required with each Bid in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, if any. Grays Harbor Transit Authority reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. Bids received after the above time and date will be returned, unopened, to the bidder.
