Demolition, site work and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Port St Joe, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; and for the renovation of a 5,650-square-foot fitness / recreation center.

Demolition of existing gym flooring and installation of new interlocking wood grain tile system including underlayment, logos, and court striping. This project includes the demolition of the existing playing surface and ancillary areas (+/- 5650 SF) at 401 Peters St, Port St Joe, FL 32465. Then purchase, delivery and installation of new interlocking, wood grain tile system for a seamless playing surface. 12"x12" tile system shall be high impact polypropylene construction with a factory applied polyurethane finish. Playing surface shall have a maple finish, areas around the playing surface shall be colors of the owner's choice with the words "Washington Gym" down the sidelines. Center court will have a tiger head logo ; depiction provided by owner. Flooring system must have a variable underlayment for shock absorption. Court to be striped for basketball and volleyball as well. Potential bidders are encouraged to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the project. County will remove existing flooring Contractor will clean and prep existing area for proposed flooring. Contractor will provide and install a variable underlayment for shock absorption. Tile samples and renderings shall be provided for selection prior to finalizing order. Contractor shall clean up and disposal of all debris .
