Clearing & Grubbing, Grading, Surface Aggregate (Shoulder Widening), Guardrail Removal & Replacement, Culvert Installation, Restoration, and Related Work. The Gogebic Range Trail Authority is seeking bids for the construction of "Snowmobile Trail 2 Reconstruction" that includes the following major items of work: Clearing & Grubbing, Grading, Surface Aggregate (Shoulder Widening), Guardrail Removal & Replacement, Culvert Installation, Restoration, and Related Work. The prospective low bidder will be required to submit hard copies of all bid documents prior to issuance of a formal Notice of Award. The Gogebic Range Trail Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the Gogebic Range Trail Authority in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates WILL be required for this project. Question Deadline 09/24/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
