Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Olivette, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.

The Scope of Work includes removal of the bridge on Kempland Place crossing River Des Peres. All street pavement, curb and gutters, sidewalks and storm sewers near the bridge will also be removed. Excavations will be performed as required for removal of the existing bridge, construction of the new bridge end bents and installation of new storm sewers. New construction will include steel pile driving, bridge construction, options for steel beams or prestressed concrete beams, pedestrian fences, stormwater pipe and inlets, asphalt pavement, pavement striping, curb and gutters, sidewalks, paved approaches and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom.
