The Pueblo of Santa Ana (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Santa Ana Water Meter Installation Project The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, software, incidentals, and services necessary to complete a full Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) deployment for the Pueblo of Santa Ana potable water system. The project includes furnishing and installing approximately one hundred ninety-seven (197) residential water meters (5/8" * 3/4"), three (3) nonresidential water meters, compatible cellular AMI endpoints, standard meter boxes with RFcompatible lids, and all associated appurtenances. The Work includes procurement, installation, configuration, activation, commissioning, verification of communication, software setup, documentation, training, and provision of a two-year Beacon subscription in accordance with STP 6.0. Work also includes removal of existing meters where required; service line integration and replacement as specified; excavation, backfill, and surface restoration; coordination with the Owner and Utility Department; and submission of complete commissioning documentation prior to Final Acceptance. All Work shall be complete, fully operational, and in accordance with Appendix C Supplemental Technical Provisions, the AAIHS/OEHE Technical Provisions (November 2021), the Contract Drawings, and the Contract Documents. Contractor must comply with applicable tribal, federal, state, and local regulations. Prospective bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Questions will be received by Friday September 11, 2026, by 4:00 PM MST, and will be answered via addenda no later than Wednesday September 16, 2026, by 4:00 PM MST For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Please contact Mr. Montoya to register for the mandatory pre-bid conference.
