Renovation of a military facility in Waimanalo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Installation of 8 CCTV cameras, erosion resistance pole, monitor display, network video recorder, and computer tower for security system upgrade. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, parts and other necessary resources to accomplish the scope of work. The project includes but shall not be limited to the following principal features. Procure and replace the Close Circuit Television System (CCTV) on Bellows Air Force Station in Bldg.(s) 108 (Bellows Second Steam Gate) and 220 (Reservations) and procure/install a fully functioning CCTV system or similar in Bldg. (s) 108 , 220 and 515 (Bellows Head Quarters); consisting of eight (8) NDAA approved cameras, one (1 ) network video recorder, one (1) computer tower, and one (1) 42in commercial grade CCTV monitor with a minimum 1080p resolution and 24/7 operating capabilities with wall mounts and connected/programed in Bldg. 220 (Communication Room) to have a graphical user interface (GUI) displayed into Bldg. 220 Security Forces Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) for CCTV feed monitoring. The contractor will present a complete product capable of monitoring all vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the designated areas. All work shall meet applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), National Electric Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Ultra Physical Contact (UPC) or Angled Physical Contact (APC) and Fire Safety code requirements.
