A new 6,447 sq ft Police Headquarters facility for the City of Alma , Arkansas . WER Architects shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected bids . Question Deadline 10/06/2026 All Questions should be submitted to WER Architects via email to CA@werarch-nwa.com. Bidders Shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted . A bid security in the amount of 5 % shall accompany each bid . The Owner encourages all small , minority, and women business enterprises to submit bid . Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups . The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids , and postpone the award of any Contract for a period which shall not exceed beyond ninety ( 90 ) days from the bid opening date .
