Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Quincy, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is for the removal of approximately 27,000 square feet of concrete panels in Ephrata, Washington. The project includes the replacement of the concrete lining including all earthwork, dewatering, gravel backfill and concrete work within the West Canal with new materials. All work within the canal prism must be completed by March 12, 2027. The West Canal is owned by the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR). The District is obligated to comply with various USBR requirements regarding the construction project because of USBR's ownership. The West Canal prism is made up of concrete lining placed at a 112:1 slope on each side of a concrete floor. This section of the West Canal was constructed per section no. 1 as shown on Drawing 222-D-11661. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Questions regarding Drawings and Specifications should be addressed to the District at least five (5) working days prior to bid opening in writing and will be answered by addenda addressed to all bidders. The District will not be responsible for oral questions or interpretations. Question Deadline 10/20/2026
