Bidders will comply with any applicable laws of the State of Washington pertaining to the performance of public works contracts, including compliance with laws pertaining to prevailing wages on public works contracts Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in certified or cashiers check or bid bond on District form and in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid . The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities as informalities.
