Renovation of a medical facility in Cochrane, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The purpose of this bid call is to obtain proposals for the execution of work and the provision of a building permit to: Remove existing steel pipe and to supply & install new schedule 80 PVC cooling tower pipe (to be routed in the same location - lower floor mechanical areas as shown on the drawing); Remove the existing HV-2 unit and supply & install a new HV-2 unit in the in the lower floor chemical storage 2 room. The existing ductwork is to remain and get reconnected to the new HV-2 unit. Both scopes of work are to be awarded to the same Contractor and conducted at the same time;priced as two separate line items.
