Repairs to steel sheet pile bulkheads and steel guide piles, primarily including the application of a new protective coating above the waterline and installation of passive cathodic protection systems. Mobilization & Demobilization This shall include all work associated with completing the preconstruction lift hole inspection as noted on the Contract Drawings, including but not limited to : preparatory work, field inspection, report development, and all required materials / labor/equipment. Furnish & Install Bulkhead Plate Repairs a. This shall include all work associated with providing the Bulkhead Plate Repairs complete in place, including but not limited to : preparatory work, environmental controls, procurement, fabrication, and coating of steel plates, field welding, field testing, and all materials / labor / equipment required for implementation. Coating of Bulkheads a. This shall include all work associated with providing the bulkhead coating repairs as shown on the Contract Drawings complete in place, including but not limited to: preparatory work, corrosion removal, coating removal, surface preparation, environmental controls, coating application, field testing, and all materials / labor / equipment required for implementation of the new coating system.
