Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
Construction Contract: 2026-10-XX-01 Removal of a CMP culvert on Naneum Creek. Replacement with a three-sided box culvert, road elevation adjustment, stream channel modification, construction of a wood habitat structure, and installation of an irrigation pipeline. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. The Naneum Creek RM 3.75 Culvert Replacement project will remove a CMP culvert on Naneum Creek approximately 2,400 feet east of the end of McCollough Rd on a farm access road. The culvert will be replaced with a three-sided box culvert, and the road elevation will be raised to meet the height of the culvert. The stream channel will be modified, a wood habitat structure will be built, and an irrigation pipeline will be installed. The District's cost estimate for the project is $675,000. Question Deadline 10/16/2026 Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed to the Engineer located at the Kittitas County Conservation District office. Questions requiring written answers received less than forty-eight (48) hours before bids close cannot be answered.
