Contractor shall be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Work, including the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures utilized, unless the Contract locality and site of the Work and the conditions and difficulties under which it is to be performed, and that it enters into this Agreement on the basis of its own examination, investigation, and evaluation of all such matters and is in no way relying upon any opinions or representations of the Owner, or any of their respective officers, agents, servants, or employees with respect thereto.
