Demolition and site work for a residential development in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Citys Community Development Block Grant Program and the General Fund for demolition of eight (8) residential dwellings and four (4) garages and site clearance thereof Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond , in form of a certified check or corporate surety bid bond in the amount of ten percent ( 10%) of the bid proposal made in favor of the City of Sharon . Performance, Labor, and Material Men's Bonds of 100% and Maintenance Bonds of 50% with good and sufficient surety will be required as noted in the instructions to Bidders completion of the work within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration.
