Complete abrasive blasting and application of a new epoxy coating system to the interior of the tank. The exterior of the tank will be washed and prepared prior to application of an epoxy/urethane overcoat system. The project also includes modifications to the exterior access components including ground-to-roof access, the landing at the roof-to-shell interface, and the roof handrail. Questions Due Date: Nov 6th 2026, 2:00 PM EST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER through the PennBID website and interface. Based on the inspection recommendations, the project specifications include requirements for a new interior epoxy coating system and an exterior epoxy/urethane overcoat system. Design sketches have also been prepared for the new access handrail to be installed as part of the tank rehabilitation.
