Site work and paving for a civil project in Galloway, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of HMA milling and resurfacing of approximately 15,062 square yards of roadway, roadway widening, drainage improvements and upgrades, concrete improvements , driveway reconstruction, installation of regulatory and warning signs, and installation of traffic stripes and traffic markings in the Township of Galloway. The work is located within the Township of Galloway on Liebig Street, Upland Avenue, Eighth Avenue, Summerwood Place, the Municipal Complex, and the Carton Avenue DPW yard. The work shall be completed within ninety (90) days of the Notice to Proceed subject to liquidated damages of $500.00 per bid security in the form of an original bid bond or certified check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, provided that the said security need not be more than $20,000 nor less than $ 500.00 and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. The Owner will evaluate bids and any award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received.
