Proposal security equal to 5% of the total proposal amount is required. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities. 1810 N Illinois ST.: Complete demolition and removal of the one story property and all related components including but not limited to all foundations, footings, slabs, accessory structures, concrete, and debris. 22 Twilight Dr.: Complete demolition and removal of the one-story wood-frame residence, all foundations, footings, slabs, accessory structures, concrete, and debris. Both properties: No debris may be buried. All materials shall be disposed of at approved facilities with disposal documentation provided to the Village. Performance and Payment Bonds shall each equal 100% of the contract amount. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities, technicalities, or irregularities in any proposal received, to request clarification or additional information from any proposer, to negotiate modifications to any proposal, and to accept the proposal that the Village determines to be in its best interests.
