Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in North Wildwood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
Site preparation for the construction of a new Public Works building. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond. This project is part of an overall project to construct a proposed 150'x200' single story public works building for the City of North Wildwood, Cape May County, NJ. The general Scope of Work for this site preparation contract includes, but is not limited to; Excavation in the area of the an existing buried wastewater treatment plant to remove reinforced concrete and other incidental debris, installation of Geoweb stabilization, backfill and compaction. Temporary on-site dewatering basin and dewatering systems. Excavation to expose existing buried chamber and manhole then fill existing wastewater piping with flowable fill. Removal and disposal of existing exposed & buried asphalt paving in specified areas onsite. Soil erosion and sediment control measures. Geotechnical sampling and laboratory testing. Fabrication & installation of settlement monitoring plates. Imported fill material (Select Fill) & existing onsite fill materials, compaction thereof to a specified density and elevation. Imported fill material (Surcharge Fill ) and grading to specified elevations. November 27, 2026 Notice to Proceed Contract Time January 22, 2027 - Substantial Completion February 5, 2027 - Completion
