The project involves the installation of a 3-sided precast concrete box culvert and retaining wall system (supplied by the County), concrete footings, gravel base and subbase, hot mix asphalt paving, steel beam guardrails and other related incidental items on East B Hill Road in Andover North Surplus Township. The County of Oxford reserves the right to adjust the quantities contained in the Bid Form as needed in order to stay within the project budget. The County of Oxford reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the County of Oxford, not necessarily the lowest bid.
