The City of Bangor invites sealed proposals from qualified applicants to complete various improvements along an approximately 1,300 linear foot section of Arctic Brook, adjacent to Grandview Avenue. The improvements include log crib walls, floodplain expansion, floodplain wood systems and log constrictors to improve habitats, increase dissolved oxygen and reduce downstream peak discharges.
