The City of Bangor requests proposals for the purchase and development of the municipality's interest in the City owned property located at 48 Charles Street - Map Lot 032-074 to a Developer for the construction of a single family or multi-family housing unit. All questions must be submitted in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 PM, Monday, March 7, 2022. All other questions/inquiries shall be directed to bids@bangormaine.gov. Proposals will be opened publicly on the due date and will be reviewed by the Community and Economic Development Department of the City of Bangor and must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a certified check or money order in an amount equal to or greater than ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
