The Penobscot Bridge Corridor Signal Improvements Project is a Maine Federal Aid Project No. STP 2311(200)X, MeDOT WIN 23112.00 and STP 2311(400)X, MeDOT WIN 23114.00, located along the Penobscot Bridge Corridor from State/ Oak Street Bangor to State/ North Main Street Brewer, Maine. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid price will be required in the form of cash, a certified check or bid bond. This project is subject to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wage Rate Determination. All work shall be governed by State of Maine Department of Transportation, "Standard Specification", revision of March 2020, and "Standard Details", revision of March 2020. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or to waive informalities or defects in bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bangor. The lowest bidder must have successfully completed a Highway, or project specific prequalification for Bangor to be considered for the award of this contract.
