Renovate two restrooms: one to become an ADA Staff Restroom, and the other to become a single use Staff Restroom. Work includes demolition, carpentry, finishes, ceiling, flooring, tiling, plumbing, electrical, and related tasks. Only companies who have obtained Bidding Documents and are listed on the project's Plan Holders List are eligible to submit a bid proposal. A bid security of 5 percent, either as a Bid Bond or Certified Check, is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work, are also required.
