The Maine Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management wishes to procure architectural/engineering design services for the Horizon Inn Renovation at the Maine Air National Guard Base in Bangor, Maine. The scope of services involves all architectural and engineering disciplines required to design a complete interior renovation as well as required exterior repairs for a three-story, 21,219 sq ft facility that is over 40 years old. Responding firms must comply with the detailed RFQ Information for Architects and Engineers available on the Bureau of General Services website.
