Description

The City of Bangor invites sealed proposals from qualified applicants to complete utility, site, and landscaping improvements as well as parking garage entrance alterations and all associated work at the Pickering Square Parking Garage, 100 Broad Street, Bangor, ME. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid price will be required in the form of cash, a certified check or bid bond. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids submitted, or to accept any proposal considered to be the most advantageous to the City.
