Site work for a civil project in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project includes the replacement of existing traffic signals with new traffic signals at the Broadway / Stillwater Avenue Intersection, along with other incidental work. A tabulation of all received proposals will be posted on the City's website by 4:30 PM on the opening date. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid price will be required in the form of cash, a certified check or bid bond. All work shall be governed by State of Maine Department of Transportation All questions regarding any of the above items are to be directed to the bids@bangormaine.gov email. Questions will be received until 4:30 PM on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. An addendum will be posted to the City website on Friday, July 31, 2026. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or to waive informalities or defects in bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bangor.
