Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bangor, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Provide minor construction services for the replacement of existing Mitsubishi 2033C uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units at Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. Work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination necessary to remove the existing UPS systems and furnish and install replacement units, ensuring proper integration, testing, and operational readiness. The project is intended to be executed under a firm-fixed-price contract and requires adherence to applicable construction standards, safety requirements, and subcontracting limitations. Interested firms must demonstrate capability to self-perform the required work, maintain appropriate professional liability insurance for projects within the specified construction magnitude, and provide verification of small business or veteran-owned status where applicable.
