Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Partial roof replacement at 198 Maine Avenue. Question Deadline 07/24/2026 at 4:30 PM ET bids@bangormaine.gov scope of Work The project is re-coating the remaining section of the roof at the Maine State Troopers Barracks, to be completed by Dec 1, 2026. The replacement should include: Set up Safety for OSHA compliance. Installation of pressure treated wood blocking at rakes and eaves. Installation of # 1 expanded polystyrene (EPS) between ribs. Installation of a layer of high density fiberboard insulation over the existing roofing and secure to the deck with screws and stress plates. Installation of a .060 adhered EPDM membrane per manufacturer's specifications. Flashing of all roof penetrations Installation of .032 aluminum roof flashing. Repairing and lining approximately Sixty feet (60) of gutter. Tie into the previously installed roof coating of the same spec, completed 9/2024 Complete clean-up and disposal of roof walk decks. Inspection by Manufacturer with a minimum 15-year watertight warranty.
