Renovation of a retail development in Belfast, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
Qualified vendors are requested to provide individual bids for the following services: improve grading and asphalt to comply with ADA, door replacement, and installation of fencing and decorative fixtures. This project is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements, including Davis Bacon wage rates. The full bid package with the complete and detailed scope of work can be requested from Maxwell Johnstone or downloaded online. Bids must be mailed or hand-delivered; email or fax submissions will not be accepted. The City of Belfast reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 Owner will be available to answer any questions of bidders prior to submission .
