Contractors must provide two separate, independent quotes within their single submission: - Quote A: Target repairs and localized asphalt patching of degraded areas. - Quote B: Comprehensive resurfacing and paving of the entire main parking lot. All work must conform to the standard specifications set by the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT). Bidders are expected to survey the site to verify exact dimensions prior to bidding.
