Bid bond 5% The Project includes but is not limited to the following Work: o Development and installation of ADA compliant switchback ramp and wheelchair lift o Development and installation of wooden and concrete boardwalk sections o Development and installation of a black steel and a cast in place concrete staircases o Development of a concrete sidewalk o Pavement markings for crosswalks o Safety railings and fencing as needed for aforementioned structures o Soil Gradation o Deep excavation and excavation support o Repair of existing retaining wall o Remove and reset existing granite blocks o Creation of a cofferdam as required o Necessary erosion control measures For all further requirements regarding funding agency notifications, funding agency requirements, bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. 7.02 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Bidders are responsible for determining that they have received all Addenda issued. 7.04 Only responses set forth in an Addendum will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Responses to questions are not part of the Contract Documents unless set forth in an Addendum that expressly modifies or supplements the Contract Documents.
