**As of January 16, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project includes, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of the Terminal Apron with associated aircraft tiedown anchors, markings, and grading on airport property, within the City of Biddeford, Maine. All work will be performed on Airport-owned property. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Forms. The Contract time for completion is thirty (30) calendar days. For additional information and requirements refer to the Plans and Specifications. The construction of this project will require funding assistance from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT). Funding assistance for construction of the project is anticipated during Federal Fiscal Year 2025 (FY-2025), which begins Oct 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. All funding assistance is contingent upon the availability of funds and receipt of funding assistance grants. FY-2025 funding may be available as late as September 30, 2025. The Biddeford Airport Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the City of Biddeford. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid prior to September 30, 2025. Award of Contract is contingent upon receipt of funding from Federal and State sources.
