Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dover Foxcroft, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Remove and dispose of existing 16-foot (span) x 5-foot (rise) x 27-foot (length) concrete box culvert, bridge, span girders, and bridge abutments and associated concrete/stone block wingwalls. Install new 20-foot (span) x 7-foot (rise) x 43-foot (length) clamshell concrete box culvert. o Install gabion baskets at the culvert inlet and outlet. Roadway and sidewalk restoration associated with culvert replacement. o Install approximately 150 linear feet of new guardrail including flared ends and low-volume ends. o Install approximately 160 linear feet of bituminous curb and bituminous sidewalk. Each Bid must be made upon blank forms provided and must be accompanied by a bid bond at 5% of the bid amount or an official bank check, cashier's check, certified check, certificate of deposit, or United States postal money order at 5% of the bid amount payable to Town of Dover-Foxcroft as a Bid guarantee. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder.
