Demolition, site work and addition to a library in Friendship, Maine. Completed plans call for the addition of a 900-square-foot, one-story above grade library; for the demolition of a library; and for site work for a library.
The Friendship Library is looking to engage a fully insured construction company to start and complete the Library Expansion Project. This is a 30'x30' addition to the existing structure, including a full walk-in basement and first floor library space with vaulted ceiling. Design and funding for this project is complete. The hope is to have construction complete by the EOY 2026.
