Site work for a water / sewer project in Harpswell, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Have completed, or successfully complete a MaineDOT Marine prequalification. Location: The project is located at Mitchell Field, 1410 Harpswell Neck Road, Harpswell, ME, in Cumberland County. Outline of Work: Construction of boat ramp and upland improvements with stormwater drainage and other incidental work. For project-specific questions, please fill out the attached RFI Form and email it to dbannon@geiconsultants.com, with the project name and WIN in the subject line. General questions may be directed to GEI Consultants at (207) 347-2372. Bidders shall not contact anyone else for clarification of contract provisions. Questions received after Friday August 22, 2025 at 5:00PM will not be answered. Each Bid must be made upon blank forms provided by the Municipality and must be accompanied by a bid bond of 5% of the bid amount or an official bank check, cashier's check, certified check, certificate of deposit, or United States postal money order for 5% of the bid amount, payable to Town of Harpswell, as a Bid Guaranty. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each for 100% of the Contract price, shall be required of the successful Bidder.
