All work associated with the project shall be substantially completed by October 4, 2024 and final completed by Nov 15, 2024. Regardless of media type, payments (and CAD agreement form, if applicable) are required prior to delivery. No exceptions will be made. Payments will not be refunded, regardless of whether the contractor bids or bid outcome. Sales are final. An onsite pre-bid meeting will be held at a date and time to be determined. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Town of Jay or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and Surety Company in an amount equal to five (5%) of the Total Bid Price for the contract shall be submitted with the bid. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) calendar days of the bid opening unless released by the Town.
