Town Of Jay Invitation To Bid Septic System Replacement The Town Of Jay Is Seeking Bids From Contractors For Installation Of A Replacement Septic System In The Town Of Jay, Franklin County. The Town of Jay is seeking bids from contractors to furnish all labor, material, tools, transportation, insurance and incidentals which are reasonably required to construct and complete the installation of a replacement septic system in the Town of Jay, Franklin County. The work will be funded by the DEP Small Community Grant Program and the work will be subject to special requirements of the DEP. The project shall be substantially complete by June 1, 2025, with final completion by June 30,2025. Furnish and install at the location and elevation shown on the plans, a septic system including septic tank, disposal field, miscellaneous piping and appurtenantstructures as shown on the plans. The Work Will Be Funded By The Dep Small Community Grant Program And The Work Will Be Subject To Special Requirements For The Dep.
