Combined Synopsis/ 36C78625Q50180 Acadia National Cemetery -- S208 Grounds Maintenance Services for a Base and Four, One Year Option Periods The Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and supplies to deliver comprehensive grounds maintenance services at Acadia National Cemetery. This includes ensuring that all operations are performed with the utmost respect, maintaining the cemetery's appearance to reflect its status as a national shrine. The contractor is responsible for performing regular maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, edging, leaf, and debris removal, and sweeping roads and sidewalks, while also ensuring the health and aesthetics of turf, trees, shrubs and plants. Additional services include turf care, mulch and plant bed upkeep, and plant entry maintenance. The contractor shall also handle trash removal, snow and ice removal, and flag placement and removal, restroom cleaning (janitorial). All regarding this are to be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Antionette Collins by at Antionette.Collinsva.gov, no later than, 4/23/2025 10:00AM EST. No will be accepted after this time. pertaining to this announcement shall be sent by to: Antionette.Collinsva.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Associated answers to submitted will be provided via a amendment. Should an amendment not be endorsed by the interested Quoter, the quote will be considered ineligible for award.
