Demolition, site work, remodeling and renovation of a water / sewer project in Kittery, Maine. Completed plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project.
All work shall be completed prior to February 1, 2025 Project Description: The overall scope of this project is to fabricate and install 6 brackets under the Berth 13 Timber deck to support the steel W14x61 beams and restore capacity to the timber deck. Each bracket is to be installed with four ¾” adhesive anchors with a minimum of 6 inches of embedment. Anchors shall be a minimum of grade 55, and epoxy adhesive shall have a minimum bond strength of 1500 psi. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 90 calendar days Subcontractor proposals are due to CCI by COB EST, Wednesday, December 4, 2024. Section I EMR and Representations Warranties forms are located in the files which needs to be filled out and returned upon submission of your proposal.
