Project Description: This scope of work includes decommissioning and removal of the powder coat equipment and all temporary utility infrastructure within B96. Utility infrastructure supporting all temporary equipment operations will be disconnected and removed including all: ductwork, mechanical piping, air handing equipment, electrical disconnect and feeders, steam piping, and water lines. Structural brackets that support the temporary infrastructure will be removed on both the interior and exterior of the building and all grout pads supporting equipment structure will be ground down flush with the adjacent surface. All historic wooden sash, doors, and storm windows will be restored and reinstalled where temporary infrastructure was penetrating through the fenestration in the building. All infrastructure penetrations on the exterior and interior walls will be patched to match adjacent construction as required. All removals and repair work must be completed in conformance with hazardous material project specifications. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information.
