Renovation of a military facility in Kittery, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Concrete repairs to dry dock 2 and dry dock 3 at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. The base bid work includes all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidental related work to perform concrete repairs to Dry Dock 2 and Dry Dock 3 as described in the project documents. Optio Includes DD2 Pumpwell Wall Repairs as described in the project documents. Option 2: Includes DD1 Tunnel Spall Repairs as described in the project documents. Option 3: Includes DD3 Floor Delam repairs as described in the project documents. Option 4: Includes DD3 N Drainage install as described in the project documents. The project value of the requirement is more than $10,000,000.00. The proposal is due by 22 August 2025, 11:00 AM EST. This project will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. NAICS Code 237990 with a corresponding size standard of $45M and FSC of Z2ED. ALL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ARE REQUESTED TO BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 10 August 2025.
