36-inch AC storm drain is failing near the outfall behind 795 Lisbon St. Following the abandonment of the second drain pipe under 805 Lisbon St (Sullivan Tire), the remaining storm drain is considerably undersized to handle all the flow coming to this point. This are a of Lisbon St ha s historically flooded during heavy rains. In order to handle a 10-year storm event, the pipe needs to be replaced with a 48-inch pipe. The project is include in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
