Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The installation of seven (7) permanent public bathrooms at $50,000 each at seven (7) locations. Units are made of heavy duty materials with 1,500 gallon holding tanks, secured to concrete pads and have ADA accessibility. Restrooms will include solar lighting, a sharps container, trash can, toilet paper dispenser, exterior restroom sign, breakaway interior door latch, toilet seat, and pipe.
