The general scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Work at Cross Canal Connector pathway, adjacent to Cross Canal 2 between Lincoln and Oxford Street, as shown on the plans and as delineated below including all other incidental work as necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as outlined or implied in the Plans/Specifications. Site Preparation/Demolition Mobilization. o Site layout. Erosion and sedimentation control. Demolition and disposal of items delineated on the plans and as necessary to complete the subsequent work. Removal, relocation, and replacement of site items as shown on the plans. Excavation as required to remove and dispose of pavement, gravels, and topsoil as required for subsequent work. Grading Plan and Drainage Plan o Remove existing catch basin as shown on the plans. o Construct new catch basin. o Construct new 8" storm drain to direct drainage to new drainage outfall into Cross Canal 2. Adapt canal wall to accept proposed stormdrain outfall. Grade slope between pathway and canal wall. Materials Plan Concrete sidewalk improvements. o o New asphalt pathway. o Vertical Granite Curb Improvements to ADA accessible ramps. o New Furnishings o Furnish and install approximately: 220-feet of 4-foot tall black decorative fence. One 4-foot tall decorative fence gate. Streetlights as shown on the plan.
