Infrastructure improvements to support the housing developments at Continental Mill FY26 - Construct a pathway between the site and Chestnut St garage along the edge of the cross canal with new mid-block crossings at Oxford St and Lincoln St, plug penstock intakes to generating station FY27 - New fencing along the canals surrounding the site, removal of invasive vegetation, construct an overlook at the end of the lower canal along the new path connection FY28 - Sidewalk improvements on Cedar St between Lown Bridge and Oxford St As of February 28, 2025, this project is included in the city's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
