FY25/26 - Phase #2 design and construction (funded) FY27 ($3,630,000)Phase #3 - HVAC for the Gym Area FY28 ($3,800,000) Phase #4 - HVAC for the second floor As of March 3, 2025, this project is included in the City of Lewiston's Fiscal Year 2026-2030 CIP. Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been established. Funding is allotted for FY 2027 and 2028. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
