Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Maine. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project improvements include rehabilitation of Park Street (Chestnut to Spruce) & Chestnut Street (Park to Canal) sidewalks with new granite curb and concrete sidewalks, and mill and fill on both Park Street & Chestnut Street. Lighting will also be added along Park Street, to aid in visibility and enhance the look and appeal of Kennedy Park. The estimate for this paving work is approximately $195,000, $263,000 for the curb/sidewalk portion, and $150,000 for the lighting upgrades and installation. This project is in included in the City of Lewiston FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
