Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Littleton, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of site excavation, grading, and construction of cast in place concrete walkways, paved basketball court, paved parking, children's playground area, and concrete splash pad. Other work under this contract includes subdrainage, electrical service and conduit, water supply connection and piping, storm sewer connection and piping, stormwater grassed underdrained filter construction, preengineered pavilion, playground equipment, picnic tables and shade structures, fencing, site furnishings and amenities, site grading, seeding, and landscape plantings. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis, with additive bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Proposals must be submitted upon blank forms provided and must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft made out to Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians for 5% of the total bid price, or by a satisfactory bid bond in a similar amount. Such check or bid bond to be returned to the bidder unless forfeited under the conditions stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) calendar days of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive all formalities, and reject any and all bids, or to accept any bid.
