Sealed proposals marked "23-00925 Littleton Playground Renovation Proposal-Fencing" must be received by the Littleton Town Office The Town of Littleton is partnering with the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) to renovate the existing Littleton Playground. In order to accomplish this, the Town is accepting proposals to find a qualified source to install 396 ft. of 4 ft. galvanized chain link fence on galvanized posts with a 3 in. clearing. The Town's goals are to: Provide a safe play space up to modern standards Remove and replace the playground's old fencing Extend fencing to the site's driveway This request for proposal's objective is to find an experienced vendor that will provide the best overall value and results for the Town, and the Town hopes to begin work in Spring 2026 and finish before Fall 2026. The primary goal of this project is to remove and replace the old fencing of the Littleton Playground. The specific deliverables are as follows: The removal of approximately 350 ft. of 4 ft. chain link fence The installation of approximately 396 ft. of 4 ft. galvanized chain link fence on galvanized posts with a 3 in. clearing A qualified person to oversee the proper installation of the deliverables The project's budget, partially funded by the LWCF, is $10,000, but the Town may be willing to pay more depending on the promised services, timeline, and experience of the vendor.
